Who is responsible

Wedley Zammit, trading as W. Zammit – Properties by RA, is responsible for personal data collected on this website. This is the personal website of an independent property agent associated with Real Agents Malta. It is not the official website of Real Agents Malta.

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email, optional phone number and message. This is used only to answer your enquiry and assist with your property search (legal basis: steps prior to a contract / legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting property transaction, then deleted.

Sharing

Your details may be shared with Real Agents Malta where needed to handle your enquiry. They are not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only strictly necessary technical storage may be used for the site to work, which does not require consent. If analytics are added later, this notice will be updated and consent requested first.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by contacting us through the contact page. You may also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.
